You can work through the Mini MBA at your own pace, within the 6-12 month periods.

How much study time do I need to dedicate?

If you are completing the Mini MBA in Entrepreneurship 6 months – dedicate 2-4 hours per week 12 months – dedicate 8-16 hours per month

What happens if I fall behind?

If you fall behind in studies, you have up to a maximum of 12 months of complete the Mini MBA in Entrepreneurship. If you are constantly falling behind, we provide additional resources to assist you.

Is the Mini MBA accredited?

No, it is a short (non-accredited) course. Your portfolio will include a completed business plan or strategy You will receive a Certificate of Completion.

Can I get funding with the Mini MBA?

Using what you learn in the Mini MBA in Entrepreneurship, you are required to complete a business plan. You can submit the business plan to funders. You are welcome to indicate in your business plan, that you are currently studying for the Mini MBA in Entrepreneurship

When do I get the certificate of completion?

You will get Mini MBA in Entrepreneurship certificate of completion when you have - Completed 12 modules and - Completed all online assessments and - Completed the project (business plan) and - Fully paid the fee

What language(s) is used to deliver the Mini MBA?

English is used throughout the programme - modules, study materials online assessments, group discussions and project Other Languages (Beta) Google Translation services are used for the following languages - Afrikaans - Sesotho - Xhosa - Zulu Please note the above will NOT translate the audio, only the text on the page

Can I get access to all the modules immediately?

No, depending on whether you joined the 6 or 12 month programme, a new module is released every 2-4 weeks

Can I skip a module?

No, all modules must be completed in sequence

Can I skip lessons/missions in a module?

No, you must complete each lesson/mission to continue onto the next one

How do I take notes in a lesson/mission?

1. Login 2. Go to the lesson/mission in the Module 3. Above the lesson/mission, click the red Take Notes box 4. Type your private notes 5. Click Save 6. All notes stored in one place. Export to MS Word or print

Can I change my Mini MBA Buddy?

While you cannot change the existing Mini MBA Buddy, you can request an additional one

What happens if my Mini MBA buddy is unavailable?

If the Mini MBA buddy is unavailable, it does NOT affect your participation on the programme. You must continue normally with your studies. If you find the Mini MBA buddy is constantly not wanting to participate with you, you can request an additional person to join (subject to availability).

How many times can I take the online assessment?

You can take the online assessment once

What browser can be used to access Mini MBA?

All browsers can be used The best browser is Google Chrome

How do I change my username?

The username cannot be changed

Yes, access to online study materials are included.

What is the difference between the audio and text version?

Can I download the audio clips of each lesson?

No, it cannot be downloaded
